Undoubtedly the best Chinese Takeaway in Salisbury. The order was easy to place and they were beyond helpful with allergen information (most places make you feel like a pain for even asking). It arrived quicker than expected and i felt as though the delivery driver couldn't have been a nicer bloke, as soon as I shut the door I realised I should have tipped him more as normally food is just handed to you with little to no small talk and not even a smile! Lastly, the food was lovely and the portion sizes are very generous. Will be returning to Kk's time and time again!

Having been ordering from this place for 30 years, tonight takeaway took an hour and 50 mins to arrive, that would have been fine knowing how busy they get but I phoned at 7.45 to say we had been waiting an hour and a half and had we been forgotten because they did say it would be about an hour, the girl said it was out in the car I asked how long had it been out she checked and said about 20mins. We then waited a further 15mins. Obviously the first thing I did was to dish it up and check it. Yes it was cold we were hungry, but I wasn't happy that everything in the plastic bag had also gone soggy, greasy and was not very nice at all. I phoned them and to say they were NOT very helpful at all.
1) they would not refund,
2) had I not opened the food they could have sent the driver back. Umm how would I have been able to check if the food was hot enough to eat? Ok moving on I'm guessing some other poor sod would have ended up with our cold meal😏
3) an offer of a very small discount off our next order. Ummm not sure there will be a next order after my conversation with the woman I spoke too. Instead of trying to keep a long time customer for the sake of one meal, good luck, Charlie would never have treated his customers like this. That's the only reason you are this busy but carry on like this and you'll have no customers left.
Very disappointed.

Now Charlie and is family have gone it's not the same food is poor quality why change what worked for many years bri g back the test of Charlie's food and his famous barbecue sauce

Service was lovely sadly the food was vile. No one could eat it. Sweet and sour tasted like pure vinegar the children didn't like the chicken balls they were too hard to chew.

There's no option of small or large portions re chicken balls but I believe this is across the board.

I ordered bbq ribs and got home to find sweet and sour ribs which I do not like.
When I called back the gent in charge had delivery bring out bbq ribs to me and return the sweet and sour ones. The sauce was nice but the ribs were incredibly chewy.

We shan't order from there again. Sad really as it used to be lovely.

The worst tasting chilli shredded beef we've ever had. The only saving grace was that it was crispy. The fried rice was cold. And don't bother trying to pay with Scottish bank notes as they refused to accept them. One star is being generous.

Ordered for collection. I arrived and was told my order would be out as soon as possible. After waiting 20 minutes, they realised they’d had my order ready all along. I’d understand with it being busy, but there’s a member of staff sat on a chair not doing much the whole time. Food was average.

We’ve had some great meals from KK’s, the quality initially dropped when the new owners took over a year or so back but in the last six months or so we’ve enjoyed every dish ordered and would definitely recommend.
