Food Paradise Chinese

*GREAT FOOD* GREAT SERVICE* Only used this evening as my usual restaurants card machine was out of use. Took a punt on food paradise and am very impressed! Wil not be going back to my usual, will look forward to many more meals from food paradise. Thanks guys. I would go as far as saying, this was the best Chinese i have ever eaten.
Restaurants App, very convenient too and user friendly, lets you place your order and select a delivery time to suit....

*If i was to make a criticism/recommendation this would be the delivery charge of £2, on an order of £15. Maybe think about order over ?? To have free delivery. 🥡🥢👍

Ordered food which came relatively quickly. On sitting down to the table to serve we realise there was a main dish missing approx cost £7.00 we tried to contact the restaurant but the phone was constantly engaged and the food was going cold so we ate what we had and shared the main meal. Since then I have tried ringing the restaurant no answer I have emailed them twice no responce. I have used this restaurant many times and always spend in the region of £30.00. I will not be using them again customer service nil points

I have just ordered tonight through just eat and after not having a takeaway for 4 weeks decided it was time for a treat. £33 which was very expensive I thought but nevertheless we were looking forward to it however it came and I can honestly say it was the worst Chinese meal I have ever tasted it was burnt the £10 seafood appetiser looked as if it had been cooked yesterday dried up and burnt. The Singapore vermicelli was black. And no spice at all Barbecue spare ribs just has sauce tipped on chips black and dried up it was disgusting and I barely ate a thing I will never eat there again I work in the retail industry and if I make a mistake or the customer is not happy we put it right or give a full refund which is what I will be seeking never never again

Literally got food poisoning. Front on house flat out denied it, council need to review the ratings, reported, avoid at all costs.

I literally got the most severe food poisoning from this place. I went in to politely let them know to prevent others getting sick and they completely dismissed me and the lady became quite aggressive about it. I was nearly hospitalised it was that bad. Very distressing. Do not eat here.

Awful food! We ordered it was timely but the sauce on ribs was not what was requested, one main portion was so empty it wouldn't have fed a small childdespite the considerable price the other main was crispy fried without that being explained on the menu and the crispy bits were entirely batter and no meat, we called the restaurant and had a 20 minute argument with the owner who was obnoxious and refused to listen to ant explanation of why it was so terrible and began to shout and rant and offered a 10 % discount on our next order! There will be no next order! Truly terrible do not waste your hard earned cash! Pathetic rude and we'll below a reasonable standard! Avoid these thieves at all cost!

Disgusting food special fried rice consisted of small slice pork chicken an duck No onoin No king prawns No type of sauce and dry as fxxx brown rice. In bin dont bother ordering here.

Used this for the first time last week, the food arrived hot, which is always a good start, less time than advised, more points scored, I have to recommend the bbq spare ribs, best I have had, will definately he making this my go to place for chinese.
