Delivery took 2 1/2 hours, way beyond the delivery timing advised. I'd started cooking pasta for our starving children when their driver nonchalantly arrived. Food was as good as cold. The portions were modest and taste was at the lower end of the expectation spectrum. Basically trialling this option as my local Chinese was closed was a 360- degree disaster.

Food was meant to take an hour and a half and after 2 hours I called to be told it would be 15 minutes. 25 minutes later the food still wasn’t here. Just don’t bother. I wish I’d looked this place up more before I ordered because this doesn’t seem to be the first time.

Always used this place in the past not sure if has changed hands but had appalling service today. Food delivered with 3 out of 8 items missing, phoned and spoke with a young woman who really didn't seem to care or see this was a problem, she offered a re-order or refund, we said we would like the missing items if it could be delivered quickly as it was one item from each person's meal and the rest of the food was going cold, 30 minutes later the missing items had still not arrived so called again to be told by the same girl that they are very busy, no apology or urgency, we won't be ordering from here again

Order came within 50 minutes which is quite fast for a Chinese place. All though I’m sorry but the food was disgusting!!the chips were really soggy and greasy,I had half a omelette even though it was supposed to be a full size one. No free prawn crackers and the chicken balls were not very nice at all. I will unfortunately not be ordering from here again.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!
Ordered a home delivery for a special occasion but after two hours still no food. Each time I call I was told it was out for delivery. I live 1 min away so clearly not.
I went to get a refund and lots of other people were doing the same.
What a disappointment. Staff couldn't care less about my order. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

This place has gotten infinitely better since new management took it over about 3 months ago.
The new head chef is restaurant trained so all the food tastes amazing and authentic, and not too greasy or salty like some other Chinese takeaways.
We got Singapore fried noodles, special fried rice, house special chow mein, sweet and sour prawns, sweet and sour pork, crispy chilli beef, salt and chilli chips, and banana fritters for dessert and honestly, it was all delicious. Generous portions and reasonably priced.
Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. A great way to end a lovely day in Ramsgate.

By far the best Chinese in Thanet. Excellent food, service and friendly. The food here is exceptional, we have ordered from here many times its always fresh hot and tastes amazing. Keep it up Sin Le. From MV58 / West Cliff Rd, Broadstairs.

Bloody awful! At 1845 we tried to add something to the order to be told it had left. 30 minutes later I rang them to find out where it was to be told its just left again. I said that they said that 30/40 mins ago, "well we're busy" the chap said.....we live 6 minutes down the road!!!! It finally arrived over an hour after they said it had left, so quite clearly they were lying to us. They obviously just couldn't be bothered to update our order and just kept fobbing us off. The chow mein was really greasy and awful. Terrible service. No apology or anything. Would never use again, (the next morning we've been poorly)
