This is our regular go to for Chinese takeout.

Didn't go there for a while as the previous owners chef didn't cook the chicken balls enough resulting in pink meat inside.

After learning that it was taken over and had a 5 star hygiene rating we went back and the food was much much better and haven't had a bad meal from there since.

When we ordered got told it would be 35 to 45 minute wait but had to 1hr30 for the food to be so bad. The mushrooms were so old and shriveled. The mussles were stringy and like rubber same as the squid and noodles tasted like there were made days ago couldnt eat any of is so its gone in the bin waste of money will definitely not be ordering from there again

It was okay. The Hot & Spicy Bean Curd was rock solid, which we didn’t enjoy.

Food arrived and everything tasted fishy and just not how chinese food usually tastes.
Upon ringing the takeaway and telling them how bad the food was, the man on the phone refused to accept there could be anything wrong with the food and put the phone down on me.
Wouldn't recommend this chinese takeaway to anyone.

First time was ok, second time a total disaster. Took over an hour and arrived cold. Rang up to ask for a refund and was offered the food again so took it as was so hungry. Today the food arrived barely warm but was hungry. The noodles were overcooked and sticky, beef was burnt. Never again! Tasteless and chucked it in the bin! So dissapointing considering it was recommended. I can only presume it has been taken over or has a new chef. Having just read a recent review it would appear customer service is equally the same!

Ordered the dinner for one A (sweet and sour chicken balls, house fried rice, egg roll, and chicken chop suey) plus crab and corn soup. Service was super friendly and timely. The chicken chop suey had a bit too much sauce. The house fried rice I found to be the best compared to other Bury Chinese restaurants, but everything else was about the same, quite alright.

We have never had a bad meal from Jasmine, until tonight. The food we ordered was all overcooked and tasteless. I contacted Jasmine and was offered another portion of chips and prawn toast, which I declined. The chef then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, there was nothing wrong with the food and that if I didn't like it then not to order from there again. I will be taking his advice!!

Really disappointed with not only their food but the customer service aswell.

While in the area we decided to buy in some Chinese food to bring back to the cottage we rented. I was dubious due to the under 4* rating but as it was close and that it had a 5* in hygiene we thought we'd give it a go. As it turned out, it was more than nice - it was superb! So much did we enjoy it, we actually went back for a second visit and because we complimented their food so much, we were given spare ribs and prawn toast for free (also scrumptious). I find it hard to believe the star rating wasn't higher, so this is my contribution to a great takeaway! Thumbs up!!
