Absolute disgrace I rang to complain and all they said was no one else has. Arguing on the phone with me 🤣 food was awful. No 1 next door all the way. Waste of £11.00 food went in the bin. What a waste 😁

Usually goo food and service however, not this time. Asked for ribs Thai sauce got BBQ instead. They even rang back to check order and still sent BBQ. When informed argued that is how they are. Hate it when people don't own up. Won't order from them again

Food arrived 40minutes late. Almost 2hours after ordering. We rang the restaurant when it was due to arrive and got a response of 'we haven't started it yet'. They simply didn't care. This customer service is atrocious and unacceptable.
The bad experience didn't end here. The food was greasy, it looked revolting and was simply inedible. The food had been thrown together with no care. Burnt starters and overcooked noodles.
But even at this point we aren't over. They delivered the food in a ridiculously large Tesco box. It looks unprofessional and I'm now stuck with a huge cardboard box that I am going to have to dispose of. The delivery driver refused to wait and take it back with him.
Additionally they completely forgot our fortune cookies which we purchase as our young child enjoys opening them. She will be very disappointed in the morning.
In summary I am appalled with this service. I recommend people to order from anywhere else. We will not be back. Such a waste of £60.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR

Not a person to complain about food however this place is awful. The food we ordered was disgusting, the beef was solid and seemed like it had been dried out. The food is just as bad as the place looks. When trying to arrange something with the manager about this all you get is “nobody else has complained” also is very rude and argumentative. Strongly recommend to AVOID! this place.

Wish I hadn't bothered ordering, very disappointing. Tasteless Japanese noodles, all batter no beef in the shredded beef, chips were greasy. Great way to waste your money.

So I nearly didn’t get the munch box here because one of the reviewers left a really horrid picture of the munch box which put me off. But I decided to judge for myself and boy am I glad I did. This is their 12 inch munch box and it is to die for!! My favourite now for sure 😋😋😋

Never ever tasted anything as bad. Even the dog wouldn't eat the crispy beef. Slimy sauce all cold and the chips were horrific.

Really bad boiled in the bag food. Tried to complain but was told to complain and get my money back from to just eat. Already tried to leave a bad review but won't let me
