Excellent food fast delivery and have i have ordered from here 5 times and will again

Have been ordering from the village Chinese since we moved nearly 3 years ago and thought I should add my review. Every time we receive tasty, hot and fresh food. Always delivered with a smile and an apology if late. Highly recommend

Great food as always, salt and pepper chicken and mixed meat szechuan was amazing! Always reccomend and will definitely return 👍

Very efficient customer service. Waiting times to get the food are very short, and the food is delicious.

All I asked for was 5 chicken balls and chips yet the chicken balls came out black and burnt to ash wasted my money tbh. the chips were soggy as well.

Where do I start, I broke Down on the A34 and had no food and the recovery wasn't going to plan.
I rang and explained my situation and was told the delivery driver would call me back to see if he could help ,, And he did I ordered my food without payment because they do cash only,

unfortunately I only had £12,50 on me as I didn't plan on breaking down.
Not a problem for them they delivered the food to a lay-by on the A34 and what a super service also gave me a little bit extra in my order .

Customer service is shocking and the lady that owns it is the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to! Our first time ordering I found a long hair wrapped round my chicken, and in disgust I spat it out. The lady argued with me, basically accusing me of lying unless I physically had the hair to show her. On the second time, they forgot my boyfriends meal despite reading it out when confirming what we had ordered. When I called up, the women was rude and said I would have to pay for the delivery fee again even though it was their fault! Just being polite and apologetic to you’re customers will get you a long way

Quick delivery, hot great quality food. The best chinese takeaway I've had in years.
Really polite friendly staff and delivery guy.
