China Town

Ordered through Deliveroo. Food was really really good, authentic Chinese taste, fair prices and good portion sizes. I love it! Only one suggestion, it'd be nice if they can deliver using Deliveroo instead of their own delivery so that we can track the order.

the staff where rude and the deliveroo. Staff where rude and I generally think they need to get better customer service I requested to have mushrooms and prawns removed as I’m allergic and he started to have ago at me over it also my food arrived with both of them in … it’s a shame cause the food was really nice definitely will never be going there again if that’s how they talk to customers

The worst experience i ever had. I place an order at 19.00pm to be delivered at 20.30.But at 20.15, just 15 minutes before the delivery slot and after more of 1 hour of waiting, my order got cancelled online so I phoned in to ask the reason. They lady on the phone didn't know about and ask the chef that said that they didn't have any food left ad that was too busy, i can understand
to run out on some items on the menu, or been too busy but why waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery to cancel the order? i could have order from somewhere else before. Really bad customer service. Can’t comment on the food as i didn't get it but for sure I'll not order anymore from this restaurant.

The worst experience I have had trying to order food. My order got cancelled online so I phoned in to ask the reason. They said it was too far but then the lady start shouting at me in a language I couldn’t understand while I could hear a man swearing in a thick accent in the background telling me to F off. Then she hung up.
I really wanted to give them a chance for I always do reviews. Really bad customer service. Can’t comment on the food.

My first Chinese takeaway since moving from Essex to Taunton. Very impressed. Absolutely delicious !!

Not great. Service was nice and friendly but let down by the food. Thai green curry was all heat and minimal flavour sadly. The chicken inside it was super soft and beautifully cooked though and the rice was nice and fluffy. Spring rolls were pretty tasty. The peking spare ribs were a little dry and the sauce they came with quite overpowering on the flavour but they were okay. Mostly average food let down by the green curry being extremely spicy and lacking in flavour.

The worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken in the chicken fried rice tasted rotten, as if it was off, and the other dish was bland and rubbery. All of it went in the bin, and I suspect that's the only reason I avoided food poisoning

Placed an order through Uber Eats at 6:30, estimated delivery time 7:10-7:30. When it hadn't arrived at 7:45 I attempted to contact the restaurant but couldn't get through after multiple calls. At 8:05 they cancelled the order. Absolutely shocking service, completely ridiculous.
