Customer service absolutely shocking and they also forgot my prawn crackers. The young girl wasn’t doing her job properly she was more interested in looking at my boyfriend up and down and telling him he looks good and to top it off stroked his hand whilst passing the food to him. Definitely need new staff.

Would have given them zero star's if could... first time ordering from them didnt make a great first impression food was just swimming in grease no flavour noodles well over cooked.. rice was dry hard and lumpy.... money well wasted.... should of just gone elsewhere.

This is the 1st time that we have used Taste of China and it wont be the last. All the food arrived piping hot and was absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was even quicker than the 35mins stated. Highly recommend 😁

Went tonight and had food, the food was nice but I see there was cans of Pepsi that had 75p on them so asked for a can, I was told £1.30, I said to the woman behind the counter the can says 75p her response was sorry we don't charge that price they are £1.30 needless to say I didn't have the can and I am sure that if something says a price then that is the price you pay?????

Absolutely disgusting customer service, we ordered food and have been made very Ill from it, rang the shop and they refused to help, they were shouting down the phone at me and put the phone down on me, I rang back and they contrite shout at me and refused to help!

Food ordered at 5.30pm finally delivered at 7.44pm. A very rude manager when my mother phoned to complain. Told her not to order from them again and put the phone down. Being housebound my mother enjoys having the delivery facility and has used them for many years. Any recommendations for a replacement would be appreciated. If I could put zero stars I would!!!

Ordered food online, had a message to say food was on way with driver. After an hour and two phone calls still no food. Eventually food arrives and I rejected it due to how long it had been traveling. Promised a call back from manager and nothing. So rang later and spoke to manager was promised a refund a week later and still nothing. Terrible service will be looking into my legal rights to obtain my refund now.
