Golden House Chinese Takeaway

I am a very regular customer at Golden house. I continue to try a variety of dishes. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal. Food always piping hot. Customer service excellent. Would def recommend.

I just ordered a takeaway with Golden house and I am absolutely blown away with their incredible customer service, as we recieved the order we realised our drink was missing so I phoned up and explained the situation expected to be shouted out as I have been from other places, but the lady was so polite and apologetic about it all and we recieved the drink in under 5 minutes. 10/10 for food and service! Will definitely be ordering from there again.

Disappointed this time after years of ordering.
I was always ordering the same dishes which they always being very tasty this time decided to add some extras nr.1 from menu and I end up being Disappointed being given half box of mean to be crispy seaweed with dry rib bones. There was some 3 pieces of wings 3 dump spring rolls and satay scewer. According to a person i was talking to crispy seaweed mean sugar coated that's how they arrive and thats in the price of £10. Person on the line say that he can't do anything about. Thats not how you treat regular customers.

never again! food for over £ 40 !!! rice with egg without egg (over 4£ per case) !! duck with mushrooms, or rather mushrooms without duck, because if you have a few peel and no meat you can call it a duck !!!! barbecu pork totally tasteless !!! wonton suop only good. some kind of total failure, i not gona coment rest of order...more I will not order here, half the price still would not be adequate to the products I received !!!! I do not recommend!!

Ordered via Uber. 1hour and 30mins after paying I had to call the restaurant, “it’s just leaving with the driver”! It’s Tuesday night and only 4 dishes!
I’m less than a mile away and after 15 minutes I’m still waiting for the delivery.

we ordered chicken in plum sauce and got chicken with pineapple [ by looking at reviews its not the first time? ] , it took 20 mins to arrive and we live 4 miles away the food was obviously pre-cooked then warmed up , and it didn't taste great , would i order again = no

Nice food, cooked well. Best to pre order by phone to collect or delivery. Waited outside for 25 minutes after ordering on arrival (little chilly). Would definitely buy again.
