PANG'S EXPRESS

Absolute joke of a place. Chelsea is incompetent and very rude. The management is no better. Every time I order they call me back wanting more money. Completely unprofessional business. STAY AWAY. The way they spoke to me today has left me speechless. I’d rather starve than use this place. After 20 minutes of verbal abuse they finally were able to process my refund!

There was a hair in my chips. It was actually partially wrapped around one of the chips and was a few inches long. Impossible for it to come from me as I'm next-to-bald and clean shaven.

Edit: The next day I had extreme stomach cramps, diarrhoea, nausea and flu like symptoms. First thing I did was test for Covid. I was negative. My doctor thinks it's likely food poisoning or norovirus. Won't be ordering from here again.

Edit 2: I've just scrolled through some reviews to see someone else say their husband got food poisoning. There's no doubt it was from here. I've been at home all week and haven't bought from anywhere else. Also the symptoms started the very next day.

I have used Pang's once before and came back because I was pleased, and even more pleased yesterday evening!! I was starving after a long day and ordered my dinner from here, I had the chicken with veg and boiled rice with banana fritter for dessert and boy, it was delish!! I enjoyed it so much I ate the lot! Great fresh tasty food nice and hot and fantastic service, lovely young lady on the till, fantastic chef will defo be back in the near future highly recommend this restaurant and it's handy as I only live down the road from it!!😀

First time I've used Pangs, it won't be the last. The food was absolutely beautiful and fresh. Believe me I'm.a fussy eater and both myself, partner and Son said how lovely it was.

Food always flavourful, great portions ,free small portion of prawn crackers over a certain delivery order. Great service too

DON'T GO HERE, FOOD WAS COLD AND QUALITY OF FOOD WAS VERY POOR AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a delivery tonight was 2 hours after placing the order which was 1 hour late and the food was cold i warmed it up in the microwave which is a joke, then I just couldn't eat anymore as you can see in the picture not great food at all.
It was through uber eats no tracking and called up twice to recieve 2 different reasons of why.
Promised it would not be cold with it being late.
Which was a lie.

Was a regular customer will not use them again my order is an hour late and food is cold rang the shop and the attitude is terrible this had happened two weeks in row

I have no idea how this place managed to get such good reviews. The food was extremely salty, tough and flooding in grease. Not to mention my husband got food poisoning from it. Do not order from this place unless you want to have stomach cramps and flush your money down the toilet alongside with the vomit they give you free of charge.
