Terrible. The lady did not understand my order, and I ended up paying for another order that I did not want. Plus, their duck spring rolls were warm on the outside and cold in the middle. Had to throw them away. No offense to the lady server, but she needs to brush up on her english more, as I could barely understand her too.

When I told her about the mistake on the order, she thought I wanted another meal.

Thumbs down for me, and never again will I visit that establishment. I'm also wondering where the hygiene rating is, as I could not see it displayed anywhere.

I stood inside trying to get served although the women kepts coming in, ignoring me and then walking back off into the kitchen. Ignoring me multiple times asking if i could order something. Stood there for easily 10 minutes. Nice service guys.

Normally it had been very good, but my husband and I got terribly bad food poisoning from off rice here and we've not been back since. And never would. It was cheap and normally tasty. But this has tainted my opinion. Would rather pay the extra to go to the best in chester, Shang hai or summer palace.

Popped in this evening for a takeaway, nobody to greet customers, could hear people in the kitchen, shouted hello 3 times, no one came out... . , went up the road to Grill Maker instead, great service and excellent pizza!

Food was sub-par and the woman at the counter was very unfriendly. We came in as a group but technically ordered separate as we wanted to split the bill and because of this, the women wouldn’t let us have the complimentary prawn crackers for orders over £22. I would have understood this logic if we had payed by card but we all payed with cash and agreed that we were a group. We also asked for cutlery but found none in the bag.

Bland food and the prawn toast tasted horrible, like it'd gone off.

Awful service. Went on Boxing Day, had great service by local people up until woman who own it, then had the worst service ever. Was told no cash and to go to a local place: no cash there, so was told by manager go to train station, definitely cash there. No cash there and was flat out rejected by cold faced manager. I went many places to get a form of payment as the owner was trying to reduce costs but did nothing for a loyal customer. Awful service awful respect

Went in shop and ordered Singapore fried rice. Was ready within 10 minutes. Very hot and tasty
