Wong Kwok

Very basic and not the most flavourful of foods. The woman on the kiosk was quite rude. Probably wouldn't return. Yes the selection was great, but the quality was low and flavour was not what you would expect.

Always great food and accept special requests. Friendly family. We love getting a take away from Wong Kwok.

Later edit: ribs very salty and almost inedible, ordering system chaotic so the quality of the food that you get varies on a dish by dish basis.

We have been getting our takeaways from here for years. I don't go anywhere else for Chinese food, and the fish and chips etc are just as good. The portions are huge and the quality is consistently high. The only slight downpoint is that it often takes a little longer for the food to be ready that they say at the time of order. But this is generally because they are busy - which is always a good sign. I would always recommend and I always go back!

Good food I must say however the customer service lets this place down.

With about 5 customers including myself waiting for food- the cashier is playing video games with full volume behind the counter whilst the kitchen staff are heard arguing in the back.. we were then served the food by rude lady with a miserable attitude..

Again, food was great. Staff needs some counselling about customer service.
