Absolutely dreadful service, not only did we have to wait nearly an hour for food that they stated would take 30 minutes, when we checked our food, many things were missing and many tubs were only half full, when asked about this issue we were told they would provide us the extra food at an extra cost once we have taken our original food back, only to be given back to us cold, they do not seem keen on keeping their custom, so if you want the correct food you order then do not use this take away.

Food produced way after the time advised. The serving staff are poor and seem to take customer complaints personally despite the fact that the issue was raised in a civil manner. When the food was eventually produced and an apology given for its tardiness I picked it up silently and walked away. At this point I would have just walked away and not returned, but what I need to advise other customers and potential customers about is the threat of yob customers. As I was getting into my car I was challenged by a young chav who didn't like the quiet way I had shown my feelings about the abject service I had received. I went back into the takeaway to explain some of the principles of service but all he could say was "go away you're doing my head in". The staff did not try to stop this confrontation I can only assume they were more worried about their own wounded feelings instead of thinking about their own shortcomings. If you must use this place prepare for very late orders and interesting other customers.

Had beef and mushrooms and the beef was inedible!! Very chewy and jellyfied. All flavours were there but the quality of the beef was very very poor!!

Very nice chippy I have been to this chippy a few times now when staying in Wales.

I always make sure I go to this place as the food is good.
The salt and pepper chicken is nice and the spicy chips are just salt and pepper chips and are very good they are called spicy chips on the menu for some reason.

Charsui friend rice is nice as well.

Wait time is a little long at times but I will say it is well worth the wait and the price of the food is quite low compared to others
Up to now I would say this is best chippy in the area.

Portions of the food are big and would easy serve two people.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGETERIAN!
Ordered vegetable spring rolls and got given what appeared to be chicken ones. Had already eaten 2 of them thinking they tasted a bit funny but put it down to them being slightly on the paler side/undercooked. I then decided to pull one apart to find they contained meat.
Not a happy veggie of course when on trip advisor they are considered as "vegetarian friendly". Will not be ordering from here ever again.

The food we get a Danny's kitchen is always on par, I must pass about 10 Chinese takeaway to get there but never think of stopping because I know what I'm getting a Danny's, quality, tasty food. The girls on the front are so polite and always welcoming great service.
