Lazy Panda Chinese Take Away

Visited for the 1st time tonight. I'm sorry to say that they were 'just' off on price (based locally), with poor flavour and texture. We both had chicken dishes and couldn't finish as didn't enjoy. I've never had so much onion and wondered if they had given me pork on a few mouthfuls. I hope they improve for their sakes as have 2 very established high quality competitors literally yards away. Sorry Lazy Panda, but you need to up your game - 2/5.

Always order from this Chinese.. Won't go anywhere else. The food is always amazing never had a bad meal.. Customer service is excellent . Delivery drivers are always polite and the deliveries are always fast. If there was ever a problem I would ring the shop and I can guarantee the problem would be sorted.. Keep up the good work guys. We love your food 😁

The food is all ways hot and all ways order the chicken balls cause there the best 👌 would recommend the company

What a find! We use to travel to Cardiff to get our Noddle fix now we can get it 10 minutes up the road. Amazing food and website ordering is so easy.
Will be going back on a regular basis.

Impressed I have to say. I have lived in Caerphilly for 5 years and have given up on Chinese takeaway’s as in my opinion they are really poor and I have tired many. Lazy Panda however was excellent, the food was delivered in 20 mins (they did say they were quiet tonight) piping hot and really delicious. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Would give zero if possible. Horrible hair in the rice as per the photo. Have been ordering here for 3 years never had a complaint. Rang to complain about the hair and had to give the food back, driver collected then the manager rang me arguing nobody in the kitchen has white hair so I won't get a refund. I advised my entire family has brown hair and couldn't believe she was arguing over it rather than apologising and giving a refund. She was undeterred that the hair was my fault. Completely put us off the food and felt sick over what we had already eaten. She eventually said she'd give me a refund if I promise never to order from there again. Gladly agreed. She was the rudest manager I've ever spoken to and I would have accepted an apology if she dealt with me as a loyal customer but her attitude was worse than the hair in my food. Not unreasonable to expect higher standards of cleanliness in a pandemic and higer standards of management too.

Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Caerphilly, the food here is amazing and always delivered quickly. The only thing that could make it even better is if they had slightly more items on the menu, but an absolute must try if you haven’t.

The best Chinese I've had in a while. Recently moved to Caerphilly and have been looking for a good Chinese after trying a few and being dissatisfied. My boyfriend found this gem and he doesn't prefer Chinese normally he was only having it because I really wanted it and he's now said that he likes it so much that he will be ordering again. Bonus for me. Amazing food.
