People were really rude, didn’t get all my food and rung up to speak to them about it and they said that they know it was all there when it wasn’t. Was said over the phone that she didn’t want to speak to me anymore and passed me over to someone else, who told me that I was lying and it was all there. We did a very big order and was missing a few items. Wouldn’t bother going there again. People rude and food wasn’t even that good.

We like their box meal with just noodles and shredded crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce. The beef chow mein is also worth a go.

So after repeating my order to the very rude and uncooperative child taking my call 4 times it still arrived incorrect. Then when asking for a refund on all of my meals which were untouched she agreed over the phone and then when the driver arrived refused and sent back the one order that was wrong although id already gone on to cook my family a meal for our dinner. I had then asked to speak to a managed to which she denied and then asked for her nsme to file a complaint also refused. Not only this their delivery driver is dragging around her 4 year old son on deliveries gone 9 oclock.. pure shambles

I’ve tried all the Chinese in Caldicot and this is the best by far. Will definitely be going again

They are not trustworthy. I ordered soup, chicken dish, noodles and veg fried rice and specified no mushroom in any of it. The girl who took the order was asked if she recorded our request or not. The food had mushrooms in it which got my friend an allergic reaction and bruised her throat from inside. After getting her medication, next evening when I called the takeaway and explained the situation to the girl. She was very rude and lied that we never said anything about mushroom. I asked her to apologize as my friend could have had sever allergic reaction, she said no. I asked for a refund, she accused me of being a scammer. When I asked I want to talk to your owner she said she dosent know who the owner is and that she is only working part time and is new.

Seem All rubbish to me.

To the owner of the business,

Please apologize for this carelessness here openly for the above. Based on your reponse, we will then consider whether to pursue this legally or not. We were not after your money. 25 odd pounds will not make us rich!

Nice food and the lady on the phone was very accommodating when we asked to separate sauce from a meal as a special requirement.

Absolutely appalling service & food..... we usually use another local take away and was recommended New River...... we haven’t had a take away for months and months, we decided to celebrate a special occasion. We waited 2 1/2 hours for the delivery of freezing cold inedible food. We contacted the shop for our refund to learn we have to wait next week...... I wish there was an option of a zero score.

Ordered food last night online, which delivery was stated at an hour, 1 1/2 hours later no sign of the food, called up to which I was told we’d be the first order out, hour later the food turns up. 2 1/2 hours isn’t good enough.
