disgusting customer service tonight. Having a lovely family gathering for my partners birthday. After receiving our large order we noticed that a few of our meat dishes like curry and meat balls were stone cold and a dish bbq ribs were missing from the order. When calling to make staff members aware that a dish was missing and also some of our food was really cold. Staff members very argumentative refusing to deliver our missing item which was paid for and also that some of our food that freezing cold. The woman dealing with phone complaints began to hang up the call and not answer when we would try and contact again, at this time we waited 10 minutes for a response as they were ignoring our calls. My partner, brother and myself dicided to go to the takeaway/restaurant. When asked if we could have our food reheated and the ribs added to the order as they wouldn't answer to our calls. Receptionist said she was going to call the police after explaining to her that under health and safety standard say that we shouldn't eat food under a certain temperate after using a food prob, woman on reception didn't seem to understand what we were trying to explain to her and the chief. Requested speak to a manager as we didn't seem to be getting any sort of outcome to our problem. Staff members and also kitchen staff from kitchen (not wearing PPE Or hair nets.) Could not seem to understand what we were asking and different members of staff were claiming to be in management. Staff members forced us to leave without giving us our bbq ribs or reheating our cold food. As a result of this we have had to come home And throw it in the bin. What a waste of money. Always ordered from this takeaway after tonight's food and service we will never be ordering again.

Lovely fast food restaurant, woman at front desk was very polite, the food was cooked quickly and is very good quality! Amazing value for money :)

My wife and I ordered from here recently. As our regular Chinese take away was closed, so decided to give Yumee a blind try.
Food was fantastic and delivery time was far quicker than our regular.
We haven't sampled alot from their menu but so far so good hence giving it four stars.

I have tried this takeaway for the first and last time . I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls ( not enoungh sauce) and a young chow fried rice. there were several bits missing from the normal young chow. I think in future I should stick to a takeaway who know exactly what should be in the dish

the tray meals are amazing value. chicken with mushrooms and Thai curries are super tasty.

The only takeaway I can eat and not check to see if something is cooked or not, trust them completely food is always piping hot and fresh and tasty never had anything bland from there, favourite chinese so far :)

I approached the owner who was closing 50mins before the correct time, he just pulled the metal shutters down in my face. extremely rude.

Food is always superb, been a customer for over 10 years and still one of the best in the area 🤘🏻🐻
