Jade Garden

First time trying Jade's Garden and to be honest it will be the last. All the meat in every dish we ordered was so dry and tough. I had to chew it a lot so I could swallow the big dry chunks of it. The chicken balls looked like they were frozen and reheated?? As they were so dry and shrivelled. The house special rice definitely had frozen peas added, as the peas were crispy and hard shelled. Not soft and moist as peas should be/taste like. Food didn't have much flavour. Too top it off we didn't get our free prawn crackers with our meal either (as we spent over £10) will not buy from here again. Disappointing. 😕

Have been using Jade Garden for years, we don't have take away often but usually go there when we do. I don't think we will be going again, unfortunately the latest meal was awful. Not only was I shocked by the price increases our order was incorrect and the food was cold. Tried to get through to complain but the lines were busy.

Went for some food and it was disgusting the pastie was like cardboard chips was anorexic will never get any thing from there again waste of money it all went in the bin

Worst Chinese takeaway I've had, only went here due to reviews and lees kitchen in pontypool was closed. Horrific

Worst Chinese I've ever had. So mild and bland. Placed order arrived 20 min as told later to stand in a queue for another 25min. Staff were very rude, unfriendly and the blonde lady ever used the F word when I asked for pompdoms. The curry sauce was so bad and mild I put it in the bin. Waste of £25. Avoid at all costs. You'll feel better giving your money to the homeless.

Nice food when they're open, but will close at the drop of a hat with no notice on SM.

Well don't know what's happened to jade garden .the meal I had tonight was bland tasteless.i have had this meal many times and always enjoyed it. Won't be going there again.

Bought a Singapore chow mein lunchtime but it was very salty and had no peppers and a poor amount of meat content and at well over £6 was pretty awful.
