Red Diamond Chinese Take Away

I used this Chinesetakeaway on NYE, I telephoned through my order at 6pm for an 8pm collection. When I arrive at 8pm, I paid for the meal and was advised it was not ready. I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my meal.

After 20 minutes of waiting I was informed that they had forgotten to cook part of my order (two chicken breasts) When I got home the meal was missing one of the dishes and all dishes needed to be warmed up in the microwave apart from the chicken. I would not recommend this chinese takeaway as they cannot deal with large orders.

Just had a home delivery, it came within the time said. It was lovely, we all enjoyed the food especially the ribs. Will definitely be getting our takeaway from here In future.

Chicken balls were really good. I also got a really big pot of source, compared to the small one another Chinese gave me. Chips were dry, would prefer wet and soggy.

Absolutely tamping with the delivery driver tonight. Shocking behaviour towards me and my family and in front of my children! The language he was using was appalling. I felt very intimidated as he was shouting and pointing in my face. Food was also cold absolutely disgusting customer service considering we are a regular customer.

Awful,we ordered meal in work(5 people)and everyone at to chuck there food in bin,disgusting

Great food on most occasions very rarely disappoints

Always had a good meal from here but recently gone downhill a lot. The last lot of rice tasted very odd, like the cooking oil needed to be changed - had to throw it out. Curry sauce is also very inconsistent - sometimes nice but sometimes very very spicy. The spare ribs used to be amazing but last time were completely inedible and I was unable to bite into any of them. Food is ok, just now seems to be tasteless and average. Also needs to be warmed up more often than not. Unfortunately will be looking for somewhere else to go.

used to.be fab but tonight I ordered a vegetarian spring roll . it came full of chicken o phoned t o ell them the reply I had we don't do vegetarian spring rolls any more .I specified on phone vegetarian .so why not say .
