Lovely food and little more pricey than some but huge portions. Great service and accurate time schedule which is a big thing in customer expectation. Never had a bad meal and works well to exact specification. Always been on time and correct xx

We tried this place as it's only up the road from us on Saturday night. Safe to say we won't be going back. Just the prawn crackers and seaweed were the only things that actually tasted like food. The wife refused to eat her meal and the only reason I ate mine was because I'd just forked out twenty quid for it. If you like your soup with same consistency as wallpaper paste and like to consume more msg than you can shake a stick at, this is the place for you. I was keen to see if what the left overs were like the day after, I left what was left of my meal until the following morning. I kid you not it had solidified so much that I could turn the bowl upside down and not one morsel fell out! If it did, it probably would have bounced. God knows what they put in their food up there but I still feel vile now and it's Monday.

Order from Bamboo regularly, food is always amazing, fantastic staff - If you want a decent Chinese takeaway that's reasonably priced and decent portions, The Bamboo Takeaway is highly recommended

Just ordered from Bamboo - haven't used here for ages with having Yama closer. Really disappointed, everything is over cooked, my orange sauce is like orange squash thickened and tastes awful. Wont be using Bamboo again!

After 2yrs, I thought I will give them another try. After a long hard day treat myself something special. Spending £15+, wrong meal I ordered. When phoning to complain, received correct curry, but the rice/chips went cold plus never got a refund or the difference (extra expense I paid for something I didn't order). I think I will be give them a miss in the future

We bought food on Friday 23/07/2021 from the bamboo takeaway, within 2 hours both me, my partner and my daughter suffered severe food poisoning. This has lasted for nearly a week. Poor standards and hygiene from this food service. Have reported to the food standards agency. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. This might sound like I being harsh but we have all been in severe pain and discomfort, our local GP has confirmed it as food poisoning after we each had to send a sample for testing which has come back as Campylobacter, food poisoning from chicken. I hope this review prevents someone else suffering as we have

How can you go wrong with a "staple" in Chinese takeaway? Ordered sweet and sour pork. The pork was tepid, the battery unpleasant to look at...and tasted all in all vile. One mouthful...rest in bin. 2nd time using here and the last

Always order from here, great food I especially love the salt and pepper chicken strips, it goes lovely with either chicken or egg fried rice, they also have mediocre delivery times which is to be expected as it’s a popular Chinese takeaway.
