New Red Lantern

Ridiculously late! Over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered! Several phone calls to check if the order had been taken properly as i was cut off. Wrong postcoded had been taken. 20 min before arrival told it would be 5 min!
The food was tasteless. Rice stodgy. Looked like the food had been standing a while...film on top of curry! Poppadums looked burnt. Will NOT be ordering again.

If i could score a 0 I most certainly would.
Very poor service.
We was told it would take 20 minutes, it was well over an hour.
Rice was mushy & stodgy, chips where hard & curry was thick & clumpy not even able to pour it over the food.
Asked for a refund but got told we need to take it back to the shop.
Absolutely ridiculous & terrible attitude from staff.
Got told 'have a nice day'

my boyfriend and i ordered from the new red lantern as our local Chinese was closed, and it looked good and smelt good. after eating our food we both suddenly felt ill. and before hand we felt fine. we thought the red lantern looked good and it wasn’t overly expensive but the way we feel isn’t worth the hassle of paying less. we both feel i’ll and it isn’t a pretty sight.

28 unanswered calls to the restaurant. An hour after expected delivery time, we drove to the restaurant to complain. The girl said she was rushed off her feet, but was outside smoking a cigarette with no customers. She said our food was out for delivery and if we wanted a freebie for driving down that we had to be quick as her manager wasn’t there. We drove back and still no delivery. Had an update from Just Eat, saying there has been a delay with delivery. We waited until the new estimated arrival time. Once that had passed I contact just eat to request a refund. The restaurant’s response was that the driver was stuck in heavy traffic…..for an hour and a half?? When we drove to the restaurant and back ourselves within 20 minutes. Food finally arrived, with the driver trying to deliver to a different house!! It was freezing when we tried to eat it. Absolutely disgusting food, abysmal customer service and we will never be ordering from there again!!!!

Waited 2 hours for my food the food was cold the pancake roll was black never order there again.. I even drove there after the first hour they said it was out for delivery and had to go over to brakla first because they had been waiting for 2 hours.. it still took him an hour to get to cefn glas

Ordered from here a few times and always really good but the last 2 times totally ignored my request 2 meals in the bin because they haven’t listened after repeatedly asking if it’s plain as it wasn’t last time

I ordered half and half from here and it was bad! It came in a chip shop tray and Harley any chips rice and no curry sauce I payed £15 for it and they won’t refund me for the disgraceful food

Absolutely shocking missing items rang the store and was told sorry can't do anything girl needs to learn some manners happy to take money tho food was cold DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
