Lucky Valley Chinese Takeaway

I paid £10 so a special omelette and chips i asked for the lady 3 times my order and 3 times was told omelette and a bag of chips got told it will take 30 mins an it took a hour and 10 mins to recive half a omelette and 10 chips in a tray which was freezing cold !!! Looked like somone already eat it and had the left overs !! Rang to say about this customer service was disgusting I will never order from here again !!! And would tell all my friends and family never to go there again !!!!!!

Had food from here today like I have a few times, got home and started plating up the food and set them out as usual. When I took my first bite I found that instead of bbq sauce which was clearly what I ordered because that’s what they wrote down on their pad, I had sweet and sour. Now I know that’s not the end of the world but when you spread £25 on food and can’t eat it, i don’t see why they should get away with it. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD FROM HERE AS THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE WHAT THEY GIVE YOU.......

Ordered a meal tonight came to 16.00. Order came with other food in bag. I rang I then had to wait for them to call me back to be told I had to wait for driver to come and pick up chips ect while all this was going on my meal got cold. There was only 5 prawns in the king prawn chow mein. Rice was all stuck together and the pancake roll was stuck to the paper. Absolutely awful.

Had my 1st meal from here last night, it beat all other Chinese restraints I usually order from through just eat. The curry sauce is stunning, gonna order again tonight, and what's good for us singletons I spent under a tenner which included the delivery fee 10/10

Zero stars if i could..First and last time ordering from this place. Food arrived just about warm the rice was bland the chowmein was greasy and gloopy. Couldnt finish our food because it was awful! Ended up most of the evening sat on the toilet...thanks for that! Its turned me off chinese for life 🤢🤮

Ordered a beef satay and rice which was very nice and you could taste the peanut. Will be using again next time I'm in ystrad thanks

The mushrooms in the chow mien were charred. Thats all you could taste is burnt flavour its like the wok needed changing or something..... It was 100% unedible......terrible. standards have dropped here . And the sweet and sour sauce was like syrup. Nothing like it used to be there.....
Standards have certainly dropped drastically. I WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN. ! .. . .

I'm abit disappointed as on erli hours christmas morning I had woken up with food poisoning (vomiting and diarrhoea)witch did ruing my christmas day the service was good and staff was very polite and lovely but I just can't believe it im still not 100% so I will not be returning to lucky Valley again
