Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish .Took over 2 hours to arrive after being told it would take 45 minutes, food which I wouldn't wait 2 minutes for . When it finally arrived was missing items , when I phoned was told that they would not fetch my missing items out or refund my money. The icing on the cake was when I just realized that they had deleted my review from their website , please please avoid at all costs

Amazing website to order direct, we usually order late afternoon and select a time for the evening to collect. Very hot and fresh, not too salty or MSG heavy. Other take aways make us very thirsty in the night and morning but not after here.

Lovely chinese and food is good quality but never on time. Delivery was 30 minutes late tonight and 15 minutes last time ordered. Called and told us on way and still took another 15 mins. I understand it is busy but happened on numerous occassions and hour is long time to wait never mind hour and half 😔

Great takeaway meal. Have never been disappointed with the food from this takeaway.

First time and last time, very disappointed for what I paid for it. Chips stone cold and tough as hell, chicken balls were all batter and no chicken. Terrible experience!

Paid £6.60 for spare ribs got five ribs tough as not going to swear absolutely disgusting totally ripped off never ever again

Fab as always, house special share box and beef chow mein were as good as they’ve ever been
Delivery was on time and food pipping hot

Honestly one of the best places to get a Chinese. Although it takes a while for the food to be ready, it is worth it!! Recommend the chow mein and the sweet and sour selection, it’s shocking how many places get it wrong unlike these guys
