Stephanie sorted out my painful shoulder I couldn't do simple daily tasks but after visiting Watt Health I feel stronger and better full mobility back !

Both Nic and Steph are fantastic- Nic has helped my mobility for a considerable time and more recently Steph has been applying acupuncture and exercise to help a shoulder injury. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I separated my shoulder, grade 3, in August and was struggling with the NHS rehab (over the phone due to covid) so I contacted watt health to see if they could help. It turned out to be the best thing I could have done for my recovery. Stephanie was fantastic and gave me the physio and positivity need to come back from the injury. I stuck to the exercises religiously and was back playing sport in 10 weeks!
I was reluctant at first paying for physio considering we have the NHS, but after receiving the treatment I would do it again in heart beat for this and future injuries.
