I’m a 32 year old manual labour man and had lower back pain for as long as I can remember. Since working with Mike the pain has officially gone, something I could never envisage happening and you can imagine what a difference it has made to my life.

I re visited mike yesterday as my hands have been sore and weak for years too and lately have hurt constantly with my grip strength at an all time low. Mike found the problem, trapped nerves in neck, severe tennis elbow and muscle tension amongst other things.

He then kindly gave me 15 minutes manipulation and massage after the diagnosis. I felt something free up and got a sudden rush of blood to my hands which I’d not felt in years. This morning I’ve woken up for the first time in as long as I can remember and can move my hands without pain, hense why I leaving this review at 5 am!

Mikes goal is to fix you and then see you as little as possible after that. I have a massive understanding in how the body works now and take magnesium to prevent calcium build up and do my stretches and strength exercises at home recommends from mike all so I dont have to keep going back. A true honest professional who is an absolute expert in what he does and has your well being at his core. I recommend anyone to visit him if they are looking for help.
