Increasing the flexibility of my neck has cured pins & needles in my arm & improved my grip.
I noticed an improvement within a few weeks.
The length of time standing & walking as well as posture have improved, and I now have a better quality of sleep and no longer require codeine or paracetamol for pain.
I recommend this very professional team.
The whole team were fantastic , they identified my issue and proceeded to correct the situation with realignment and traction . I would highly recommend them for any spinal issue as their work is exemplary .
Optimal Spine are more interested in instilling fear and pro-longing rushed "treatment", than they are in actually treating you.
Most like you will have an initial consultation, where they will tell you that you have a lot wrong with you (from top to bottom), in addition to your initial issue.
They will then ask you to pay for an x-ray which you likely won't want or need. I really did not want this x-ray but was pushed into taking it as it was deemed "essential for the treatment". You will have a follow up where they tell you your body has a lot wrong with it, primarily your spine. Just to note here, they charge for copies of the x-ray.
You will then be told it will take x amount of treatments to resolve. This will be coupled with some addition treatment they can offer you in-house, and some exercise equipment, which they sell to you.
They'll also try to sell you insoles which cost a few hundred £. (You should probably just look at working on your ankle and hip mobility as an actual fix, although this was not once suggested).
In a session, you will maybe get less than 5 minutes of adjustments, and be asked to leave following this. They won't even wait for you to leave before seeing the next patient.
The above is not normal. This is not effective treatment, and it will not help you.
To note also, I have my x-rays checked independently by 2 practitioners and a doctor who specialises in orthopedics & the spine. All noted my spine is healthy, and the clinic were just using fear tactics to sell block booked appointments. We are not built in a factory, our bodies will all differ, and we are not going to be aligned the same.
I spent more time being sold to, than actually being treated.
I know there are a lot of positive reviews on here. I'm happy some people have had a good experience. Maybe some just don't know any better as they have not been elsewhere.
I have taken time to write this view, as I would be happy if people were treated effectively, rather than wasting money on rushed treatment. I've been lucky to receive treatment from different practitioners over the years, and this is the worst to date.
Optimal Spine have single-handedly put me off ever visiting a chiropractor again.
It is not hard to find a good osteopath, who will take their time with you and provide better treatment.
I was suffering with extreme knee tendonitis and could not stand up without some sort of pain sometimes. After going to many different places, I decided to try Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions.
It has been a couple of months and my knees are practically healed, and are on the path to being stronger than before.
Special thanks to Ryan for the life-changing results.
