Thank you to Ben at Falcon Health in Burgess Hill - To whom I could not praise enough!

This is a great big thank you to Ben and his staff at Falcon Health on Thursday 3rd October 2019.

I was on my normal treatment visit and Ben greeted me with his normal kindness and big smile but he noticed something different in me on arrival and instantly dealt with my medical emergency which I can truly say this gentlemen and his care was second to none.

From the point of him noticing my health deteriorating whilst just entering his clinic all that happened after was just a crazy whirlwind but the emergency services were called promptly by Ben and luckily they were able to get me to Princess Royal Hospital quickly to check me over and get my pain under control. At first this was thought to be a heart attack and Ben knew no different and I was totally out of it.

Thank you so much and I double appreciate you going out of your way further during the day to sort out my parking tickets possibility on my parked up vehicle with Mid Sussex Distruct Council avoided me gaining a fine and then later driving my car keys after your day of work to Princess Royal Hospital and then coming in and seeing me and then going further out of your way to wait at the hospital and drive me back to my car. I can not say thank you enough and am in debt to you for the care you showed me.

A note to Bens patients affected by my misfortune that day apologies from me and please don’t blame Ben as I feel he saved my life and you are in good hands with him.

I look forward to visiting the clinic again and hoping to buy lunch and getting you a coffee at Nero your favourite place to eat and drink at lunchtime.

After years suffering with chronic neck & back pain, I was introduced to Ben. All I can say is WOW!!! I never thought I would see light at the end of the tunnel, but Ben has changed that all around. He has given me hope & faith, for the foreseeable future & I cant thank him enough. My partner first introduced me to Ben a few weeks ago & after a one to one consultation & xrays being taken, Ben found out things I never would have known. I honestly came out of there in tears (tears of happiness of course) After a further two appointments with Ben & him treating me, I have noticed a huge difference. My pain is, more bearable & my movement is not so restricted. I am really looking forward to more sessions with Ben & progressing even further. I feel I can look forward to a new lease of life now & I can highly recommend this for anyone suffering from severe neck or back problems. I would highly recommend Falcon Health

Having tried various practices over the last few years, that were all reasonable. But kept having to return for treatment every 3 to 4 weeks!
Falcon practice was recommended by my brother & some friends.
Found staff very pleasant & understanding of my ailments.
1st used them 4 years ago & have been with them ever since.
After initial course of treatments, I now find that I am only needing to be tweaked periodically.
My daughter went for some back treatment 2 yrs ago & after a short course of treatments, has not had a problem since.

I ended up visiting Falcon Health after a good review from a friend and a rather generous Groupon discount. I was a little sceptical as to whether I needed a chiropractor at all and whether it would make any difference... I had struggled with chronic kidney pain for years which had resulted in a lot of muscle tension in that area, my posture wasn't great and repetitive heavy lifting and twisting at work added to my aches and pains.

After a few sessions I really noticed a difference. I had no problems booking appointments and I was given exercises to do at home to further my progress. There's a huge car park opposite so it's really easy to access. The option to pay per session or in blocks to make savings is also available.

Excellent, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Marcin has a wealth of knowledge and has been so helpful with my recovery from a broken leg.

I started seeing Ben just over a year ago for chronic headaches. Over many many years I've seen countless clinicians & tried many different medications, also tried Accupuncture. Nothing helped. This all changed after a few sessions with Ben, & headaches have now drasticly reduced in frequency. I now go once a month for top-up sessions, & live in fear he will move! Highly recommend. Lovely clinic, professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, & very reasonable prices.

Dr Harris is clearly still very stimulated by his field (and possibly other fields in his free time), and that is rare, this immediately filled me with confidence in him, nothing worse for your confidence than seeing a health professional who appears totally bored in their job. On my initial consultation he essentially said he could 'fix me' and I have noticed improvement after every session. The chat flows incredibly easy there & he can break down your issues into words you can understand (does very good for peace of mind). This is a problem I have dedicated to fixing by myself for many years, I genuinely believed it was going to be with me for life, and to be told it will be 'fixed', and for me to genuinely believe it, just great.

I recommend a consultation to anyone considering it.
