The Body Health Centre

Establishment as a whole- Great service and huge amount of knowledge for treatments at a reasonable price. They are always there when I am in need of an appointment even at short notice staff will always try their best to make time and squeeze people in.

Nina- I have been receiving treatments from Nina for several years now as this is mainly when my back ache/ issues flare up and this is from mainly sports and work related matters.

The amount of valuable knowledge she has is unreal and anyone with serious pain or little aches, pains or niggles should pay a visit and see what magic can be worked instead of just putting up with them.

Rebecca ( sports massage) - Only recently I have started to see Bec and the sports massages she completes are brilliant. She has lots of knowledge coming from coaching and is always welcoming/ friendly. Since doing BJJ and skiing I have picked up a few injuries and she always is there at the end of a message for advice and during sessions will tape up injured areas if I am training to ease and help its recovery period.

All in all, I would recommend anyone to give this place a visit and put an end to unnecessary pain. 10/10

A very definite 5 stars from me! I stumbled in to see Bella a little over 5 weeks ago virtually on my knees, turned out I was in much worst shape than I actually thought but Bella was excellent! She took the time to explain what was going on, what she planned to do both that day and beyond and what I needed to do to help myself going forward to never get in the same state again - including some tough love!

I’m still a work in progress but have now started to see Bella fortnightly from the initial weekly but know that now I’m a regular patient again, even when fixed I’ll remain a regular visitor for months and years to come.

Added point, the whole clinic is very welcoming, exceptionally clean but not in a clinical way, the staff are friendly and I’ve always been able to get suitable appointments to fit my busy schedule with a bit of planning.

Would highly recommend The Body Health Centre and particularly Bella

I have been seeing Bella for the past couple of months and I must say that she's changed my life with the treatment she has given me. I had been in pain since I was a young teenager and suffered for 10 years with awful back problems. Bella listened to me, sympathised with my experience and gave me the treatment I needed. My first session was so emotional for me as having a professional actually listen to me explain the pain, and understand what was causing it, overwhelmed me with relief. Knowing Bella was going to treat me and listen to me every step of the way was amazing. Every session I came out standing taller and feeling more confident in myself, I can walk further without pain and can sleep without waking up hurting now! Anyone who is considering seeing Bella or any other professionals at the Body Health Centre, this is your sign to do it! I should have visited 10 years ago, and i'm so happy I finally did. Thank you to Bella and the whole team!

Walked in an absolute wreck, they have looked after me from the start with care, compassion & understanding.
I have felt relaxed at every visit & they’ve facilitated my recovery beyond belief, in such a short amount of time, so there’s fairy 🧚‍♀️ dust galore here.

Special mention to Bex for recognising my actual needs and then selflessly/professionally referring me to the extremely talented & capable hands of the truly amazing Bella, without whom I’d be on my actual knees still in tears of pain - truly a magician with the “adjustments” she has reinstated my mojo 😘

Booked in to see a Chiropractor at BHC
, saw Bella , she checked me over listening carefully to my body concerns , then clearly and calmly explaned the plan , progressed to the treatment I went out feeling energised and feeling taller than when I went in ! 😊👍
I was going every week for about a month to get back to being fully aligned , Now I go every other week to maintain this . Bella is incredibly well trained and can treat many more things, than you would imagine a Chriopractor would work on ! So if you do go and visit her , tell her everything that concerns you , you may just be suprised by the depth of her knowledage and powers on the human body !

Bella is absolutely lovely and has managed to help massively reduce my headaches and shoulder pain.

First class service and first class treatment, after suffering with neck, shoulder and back problems for the past couple of years with nothing but painkillers for relief, after only four weeks treatment I have improved considerably and no painkillers for over a week, I’m so impressed with the treatment and would highly recommend to anybody suffering to give them a ring

I can’t praise Adrian for his excellent physiotherapy skills and knowledge highly enough. I had a badly sprained ankle and couldn’t put my foot flat on the floor or move my ankle, even after four weeks of self care. Adrian was encouraging and supportive in his manner and very confident and skilled in his treatment. Thank you Adrian.
