My wife booked a chocolate making class for me as a birthday gift. Chocolatier - Rory, was a great host. Hands on experience of creating artisan chocolates, paired up with the training and tips on how to make them at home. Fantastically tasting product beating on flavour all of the long established leading brands of chocolate. You get to eat or keep the chocolates you made on the day! 10/10 experience!
