St Peter's Church in More was built in the 13th century, then rebuilt and extended in the Victorian era. The tower is topped with the characteristic timber double pyramid, similar to Clun, Hopesay and Stowe.
Inside, the church is fairly plain, with white walls and a few oil paintings or memorial plaques. The box pews have a small gate into the aisle and are made of a dark wood.
The North trancept is particularly long and is a crypt to the More family. The small mosaics around the font are supposedly from an 19th century excavation of a roman villa near Linley.

Apparently a typical Marches bell tower. (Like Clun's.) Simple interior. Big old yew tree in the churchyard.
