St Peter's Church

Visited the 5:30 service and was welcomed by members. The church congregation appears diverse in age and open to people from a wide walk of life. Atmosphere was a casual and approachable. Worth a visit if you're passing through.

The very active and ancient parish church of Farnborough, Hampshire, approaching 850 years old. Firmly in the evangelical wing of the Church of England. Running up to five services each Sunday, for varied ages and style preferences. St Peter's Junior School, occupying the old Manor House, is on the same campus. The organ is a two manual Bevingdon, and there is a small gallery in the West end.
The church has been subject to some modernisation in recent years, and now has stackable chairs in place of pews, among other alterations.

Well it's a shame they got rid of the wooden pews. It's otherwise fine. Beautiful gardens.

Everyone is so nice and kind

Friendly and welcoming lively evangelical Anglican church with a large junior church membership.

We attended an outdoor Carol service followed by fireworks and I would go again . Although there were only 4 Carols sung.

Whilst did not attend/go inside the church its a nice quiet churchyard to sit down during a lunch break away from the busy town centre. Nice old building and well maintained churchyard.
