St Mary the Virgin, Church

Beautiful church, attended a carol concert. Absolutely lovely.

Beautiful, but that little bit over-restored. Monuments in the chancel are memorable, but deeply provincial in design. Meeting a lady providing new flowers convinced me the church was alive in itself, which is great.
I can imagine worshipping here, but those who do so can alone rate that experience.
