Priors Dean, Hawkley

This is an old church in a hamlet so small that the Ordnance Survey doesn't show it. There is an ancient yew by the porch. The dedication is unknown.

A beautiful little spot. If you've come to look rather than worship, bring a flask and have a sit in the graveyard on the bench provided to watch the world go by or marvel at the most wonderful knarly ancient yew by the entrance.
