Wonderful Church filled with wonderful, friendly people.
Church meetings now held round the corner in Bank Street in their new Centerpiece building
Grand opening Sunday 30th March 2014, 10.30am

The church building itself has much history and in the process of being renovated. Originally founded and built as the main Methodist church in Ashford.

It's now the home of Ashford Christian Fellowship (ACF) since 28th July 2013 having moved from 23 Tufton Street where the church had been located since early 1985. Prior to that they were located at Kingsnorth Chapel after meeting in various homes and halls since 1979.
The founders of ACF, Syd and Liz Doyle pioneered Stanhope Church House in the 1970's. After breaking away from the traditional church set up a small group of faithful people, after meeting in homes and halls for over a year, then officially became Ashford Christian Fellowship in 1980 whilst worshiping at Kingsnorth Chapel.

Now under the leadership of Pastor David Lamb and other Associate Pastors there are church plants in Canterbury and Africa.
It's an International, multicultural free church and warmly welcomes all.

Serves the local community providing food for the homeless and needy on Mondays and Thursdays.
Weekly Life Groups. Prayer meetings on Tuesday and Fridays. Supports Street Pastors. Runs Authentic Expressions Coffee Shop, open Mon, Weds, Fri and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Church Services including half an hour worship every Sunday at 10.30am-12.30pm in a warm, friendly environment with all welcome for a cuppa and cake in the coffee bar afterwards.
Crèche, Children's Church and Youth Group available during services.

Small lift for those in need and a hearing loop is also available.

Visitors receive a warm welcome.

Lively Christian Church with lots going on within the community, from winter shelter for the homeless; regular meals for them too; seminars; teachings; small public cafe and outreach. Slight issue with the lift, but otherwise a great place.

No very bad not a bad place to eat but there meals could be a slightly a bit bigger but when it's soup day they don't feel the bowls up to nearly to the top it's only three quarters full of homemade soup I have known where they cook the food in there to burn it sometimes but not all the time

Briefly visited, again on outreach to help homeless people engage with health services & met a bunch of lovely people who could not have been more helpful if I'd paid them. Hopefully this is the start of a fruitful working relationship
