Quaker Meeting House (Bunhill Quakers)

Buddhist mediation run by Buddhist nuns/monks.
Monday each week there are reading from the works of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso of the Kadampa Buddhist faction and 2-3 mediations.

The mediations are usually guided meditations making them very easily accessible for new comers to meditation.

A gloriously peaceful space to meet amidst a very busy part of London. This is such a gift to the community to be able to come here and use one of the two rooms available.

Helpful, peaceful. Quakers help you to find God for yourself yet function in a meditational group which is a relief after so many other religions trying to push their views.
