St. Leonard's Church

A sweet little church within the grounds of the Charlecote Estate. Can be visited from outside the estate. Note, no entry available into the estate.

We always visit this beautiful church every time we go to Charlecote. Extremely interesting packed with history tucked away on a quiet corner of the park.

Lovely church. Usually admire this from the outside but today it was open. Wow!! Fantastic stained glass windows all around. High vaulted ceiling and very tall church tower. Head inside to the alter and to the left there is a crypt.

Beautiful church to visit. Stained glass windows were very impressive.

The well-maintained building has been closed for lockdown but you can park for free in a layby on the adjacent road and still around its sublime, timeless churchyard.

Absolutely stunning church. Visited yesterday and wow really lovely inside. The windows are great,and lots of history too.
