Paid a visit here today to St Werbughs church, in the hope of maybe finding an old family grave dating back to the 1700's, a long shot but sometimes these things have to be done. But with no luck I'm sorry to say, with my quest. It's a nice little church that's had most of the building as you see it today done in the 19th century; but there's been a church on the site in some form or another dating back to the 12th century here in Kingsley. On the scale of churches and their grounds, this is by no means big and not all that long added an extension to it's graveyard. But located just off the A52 Dovedale Road and along Church Road, surrounded by some beautiful trees, clean grounds it's looking very nice and very little damage to headstones I'm so pleased to say that's so nice to see.
