Brentford County Court

Contacted them numerous times asking for scheduling upates for my court case. The automated email response says they will respond within a week, never heard back from them, it's been well over a month. Why run an efficient service, it's a goverment owned service provider, we do what ever, when ever we want attitude here. Great advertisement for priviatising as many service providers as possible.

Absolute disaster. 3 weeks trying to get through to this place.In the end I gave up and sent a letter. No one responded. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Horrible service. I’ve been trying to call for ages. Horrible, simply horrible. Even 1 star is a lot for you.

Today was the first time after ages I got a great lady who helped me out to apply for an application again. She was such a great lady. Thank u so much for helping me unlike previous calls there were really rude staff.

Send out documents two weeks ago, haven't heard anything back so I called them. After being in the line for 54 minutes, a lady answered. She said at the moment it can take Brentford court up to 81 days to look at a post sent to them. But the court would expect a replay from the claimant or the defendant within 14 days. Different rules applies to them and to the public. Is like in a third world.

If there was such review as -5 this place is a well deserving recipient of such review. What is the point of having a phone line if noone can be bothered to answer it or at least leave a message. The phone rings 3x then go silent, just nothing.! How does one know if it's going to be answered or not.?. Appalling just Appalling.!!!!

You have to be very lucky your phone call will be answered. I tried so many times and no answer.
Today I given a go early morning and eventually... a male staff answered my call informing me that he can't hear anything and without giving me a chance to speak louder he put the phone down.Instantly I called again but this time the call stright away was switched to automated service: its been not possible to connect your call !
It's been played every time I make a call!
I know he is there but no bothers to answer.

I am in shock. Phone up this morning, managed to get an appointment in the next hour, I was advised to bring my PASSPORT for the appointment and other documents.
As I arrived few minutes before my slot, the personel asked for my driving license which I didn’t have as I was told my PASSPORT was enough!
The gentleman laughed and start asking questions how is he mean-to proceed if I’m not giving him the right documentation, handed me back my passport (telling me I’m not even a British Citizen to start off!!) Absolutely disrespectful. I tried to ask if I can come back in max 30 min, he said no that will have to be tomorrow (I mentioned on the call this morning that tomorrow I will be stuck at work all day) and it was urgent and my appointment only needed a signature!
The gentleman have said he is doing me a favour with smirking face and kept saying he can not help me! Also asked me would I come here if Staines is nearby!??? Obviously I choosen this one for a reason, because it was last minute and all the other Courts were busy! I said I can not make it so the person shut the shutters in front of my face and left his desk!
I have never seen someone so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. They work there to support their customers, I’m extremely disappointed.
This was very unpleasant visit, I’m very upset how I got treated by a man where I was the customer and I needed help. Awful experience. I do not recommend this place at all.
