Great. Received a reply same day I emailed the court from Jacqueline. On the day of my court appearance the judge decided to set aside my CCJ meaning it will be forever removed from my credit file allowing me to rebuild my credit! Would recommend

Waited exactly one hour to get someone to pick up the phone who then tried to refer me to .gov site. Asked three questions and they couldn’t answer any of them. If this was a public company they would’ve been bankrupt years ago

Worst court ever - lazy staff who clearly don't want to do there job. You'll be left on hold for hours for someone to say you need to call another department. Then be told by that department you should have stayed with the initial department.

They need a regulator, as they deliver abysmal customer service.

Absolutely apalling (non) service, I waited 40 minutes just to get through to speak to someone. All I wanted was to obtain a Certificate of Satisfaction, well, I certainly didn't get any from this shower.

Same complaint… had to cut the phone after holding 30 mins. Is it acceptable? Is there no accountability? Very frustrated. Demanding an answer

Absolutely shocking, have been trying for days to speak to someone. On the phone hours . They never answer the phone.

Never answer the phones. Had me ringing for 45 minutes before i gave up.. Need to stop drinking so much tea and actually do the job they are paid to do!!!

This is an absolute joke. Ive tried to call for months and no answer just to speak to someone. All the people that work there should be sacked. They have no responsibilty. What a shambles!!!
