Locking people in Glass Docks prevents defendants from being able to hear the proceedings properly. It prevents innocent people from having access to their Lawyers during trials and from being able to speak out in their own defence.
These Docks are one of the reasons many people who are innocent get found Guilty in our Courts and end up in jails wrongfully convicted!
Salisbury Law Courts are causing many people to suffer unfair hearings, a trait that comes with ignoring peoples rights and dictating what will happen to people.
These are draconian Courts with staffs still living in the 19th Century and using 19th Century methods to dictate and assume guilt in support of the Courts Partners. Those partners being Wiltshire Police and the CPS.
