Shocking service, I completed a form for my missing decree absaloute to which comeone called for the payment, after that weeks whent by with no contact you ring their number a voice says call back later we are busy with no option to wait in line.
By chance I rang the Cardiff Court who were brilliant, I sent them my bank statement to show payment had been made for the search, I got the forms within 3 working days.

GO IN PERSON!
I emailed my Decree Absolute request but then decided to go in person as needed it quickly. I saw 3 extremely polite and helpful people there and had 2 copies within 20 minutes.

The Central Family Court is a public body with a responsibility to their customers/clients who contact them - how do they explain that they do not answer phones, reply to letters or emails - this is a scandal and I wish to raise a complaint. I have sent them a cheque for £45 and have had no response I submitted my complaint on 27th July 2022 - two days later I received a letter from Central Index saying they had found the Decree Absolute and would be sending it to me ?? The answer is to complain as this certainly seemed to solve my problem

Absolutely ridiculous. I called more than 1000 times to change my hearing date.
My ex wife applied for non molestation order

I fully understand all the negative comments. I was also about to give one star only or even planning to make the complaint until I went there in person. I've got my document corrected and signed by the judge within one day. Very helpful lady at the front desk and even more helpful and kind lady from the orders section made me change my opinion about this court completely. Instead of writting or calling I also recommend to visit the court personally.

They don't answer emails and phone calls. This is people's lives they're messing with and they can't even respond to you.

The worst experience ever, waiting for 6 hours in the waiting room, beacause apparently they didn't have enough staff. At 1pm everyone left for lunch break, they doesn't care about people. Ignorants!
