I had my accident on 2019 and my case is still open.
I am trying to make them understand since last year that I am fully recovered and I want to close this case as is affecting my mental health.

I suffered an accident, witch was not my fault, someone fall asleep on the motorway and hit us with more than 60mph when we were stopped on the hard shoulder for an emergency.

They change my case handler so many time that I lost count.
It is very frustrating that looks like they don't care about people.
Before at least you could speak about your case by phone, now the don't even call you back for weeks or never.

They just send a letter to my partner saying they are not longer able to represent him.
It is only 3 months before the 3 year limitation period end and then we are gonna be left out with the case closed without getting any compensation.

I will no recommend this company at all.

Been escalated to 20 "managers". Claim been going on since August other side have accepted liability but said that dont want to pay. Admiral law have done nothing to persue it and really dont care.

Was involved in a non-fault accident over 1 year ago, and it is still not resolved. Main reason for the delay is their lack of communication. The only way to reach them is via their portal, and it takes anywhere from 14 days to 2 months to get a written response.

Only way to reach them, or get them to respond "via the portal", is to call my insurance company. I was assured AdmiralLaw would call and update me, but that didn't happen either.

Avoid at all costs.. they are the most inefficient solicitors I have ever dealt with.

The vesting and Authority in the Courts of Admiralty to decide in Suits relating to the Stamp Duty... is highly dangerous to the Liberties of his Majesty's American Subjects, contrary to the Magna Charta, the great Charter and Fountain of English Liberty, and destructive of one of their most darling and acknowledged Rights, that of Trials by Juries.
