No help what’s so ever. special educational needs help needed for a child with a EHCP. Can’t ring in , we have emailed no reply No advice nothing sink or swim very unhappy

I'm taking children's services far ,experiencing, fabrication, exaggeration putting words down we have not said ,not giving options when we have offered these options ourselves, 🤔 I'm taking them further ,I will take it as high as I can so it doesn't happen to other families and I really want to be that speaker,they have met there match with me when it comes to my family,its personal on their part now you don't try and split a family when there are options still in place.
I'm hoping to speak up and fir those other families too,nonwounder serious cases get missed

It took twenty minutes going round in circles, trying to find the main entrance/reception. Nice building and clean and fresh inside.
Much better on a second visit, as I knew where the main entrance was this time. Very friendly staff on reception.
