Visited for my disabled mothers spring covid jab. Good wheelchair access if the carer is fit. Excellently organised. Finished before her actual appointment time. Efficient, pleasant staff who made a fuss of her as it was her birthday.

Had an appointment booked and was seen as soon as my time came around. Receptionist was helpful and polite. My interviewer was very prompt knowledgeable and helpful.

It's a lovely place to have a wedding and if you can sneak round the back to the ponds then there are plenty of great photo opportunities.

I didn't go to the civic centre itself, but parking is good, it has an EV charging station (though not very cheap) and gate support 24/7 ( in case the gates don't open).

Quick 10 minutes stopover to get my first Covid-19 vaccination today. All done. Very quick indeed.

Signposting is terrible - trying to find North Block Reception from the car park side is difficult as no map or sign shows where it is.

Very poor. Went to register my daughters birth(an important life event) Despite there being no mention of restrictions on emails or the current website on arrival we were told only one parent was allowed in to register.

What makes this rule ridiculous is that we were asked if we were married - we are and that is when the staff member said "only one person allowed" then as we waited a couple with a baby emerged from the lift. So if we weren't married both of us could have gone up to register our child.

Of course I understand covid regulations have been necessary but Bromley Civic Centre need to update their policies or at least make them clear online AND not penalise married couples!
