Acton Police Station

My uncle was recently arrested after false allegations were made against him,he was taken to this police sation. He's in his 70's and was fasting at the time. The officers treated him well and released him after midnight. They assisted him beyond their call of duty and most of all we feel they could clearly see he was innocent. This experience has restored some faith back in the police and yes there are good people out there! Thank you

Was called in twice by 2 diff officers, first time came on a Saturday and waited for 2 hours until I left because I was just wasting my time, came in the next day, waited for more than 3 hours while people are still coming in to talk to someone and nobody acknowledged anyone. The officers give the people in the waiting area ugly looks each time they come and it’s like they don’t even try

If you need to report at a front counter of a Police station this might be possible but to be honest, so many Police Stations have closed to the public I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is closed too. What are the Metropolitan Police thinking. I saw a sign on a local Safer Neighbourhood Team Police Station (obviously closed to the public - just a Base for PCSOs and the local neighbourhood Police Officers to sit around and hide from doing anything) "Nearest Police Station - Colindale" which is 5 or 6 miles away or several buses. You might as well just give up in London if you want to see an actual Police Officer.

The blonde lady with the mask on at the reception is extremely nice. I wish everyone was nice and warm hearted like her!

This police station is not staffed appropriately .. there are 10 people waiting on the queue waiting to be served

Had to wait two hours just to be acknowledged by the people at the front desk, and then had to return because they gave us the wrong phone when collecting my deceased dads belongings. Could have easily not have returned the evidence back. Would hate to have to go back there again.

Poor interaction with a member of the public carrying out a legal activity with one officer not identifying himself correctly. The MET are a rogue organisation, rotten to the core.

Rude, obnoxious and unaware of modern technology used to commit crimes today.
It is no use spending money refurbishing the police station when the people inside are still in the dark ages, they are so far behind other countries in the technology used today. Instead of refurbishing the station the money would have been far better spent educating the people inside.
