Blacon Police Station

The alarm on my property activated yesterday. The fast and comprehensive police response was very fast, thorough and impressive. In the confusion I did not get the officers numbers. Still let me say thank you to them.

Absolutely brilliant service! I was in an accident on the M6 and was helped by PC Morgan from the Chester Roads Policing Unit. Efficient, friendly, competent. Don't know what I would have done without him!

Spent a few nights here
Close to all the main attractions cells are spacious enough
Toilet and cleanliness not up to standard
Food is terrible but all inclusive
Blankets a little bit itchy
Staff pretty friendly
Good overall but will avoid staying again

During these unprecedented times you our local Police have done a fantastic job in keeping us safe. My wife and I applaud your service, dedication and bravery thank you be safe and best wishes.

I understand police have jobs to do I understand when they rush past on roads in emergency but I don't appreciate the dirty looks I had off them there is no excuse for it if it happens again will be phoning head office!

Website states closes at 8pm but closed at 7.15pm when we arrived. Several other people tried to enter and get help from police whilst we were there but they all had to leave as the station had closed early and nobody was answering the phone. No help whatsoever at this station so avoid it and hope it gets closed and a proper station takes over. Don't bother reading the Internet opening times for this station; they're the same opening times posted on the door but the police ignore these and the part time workers close when they get too tired, bless their cotton socks. Hopefully this station will be closed down soon, another station which actually opens will take the flack they couldn't cope with. Also found out, if you're trying to retrieve your belongings, the property office is only open 10-4 weekdays only!! As helpful as police ever are....as in...NOT AT ALL!!

Fantastic hotel for the night bad service on drinks but all in all 5* hotel beats any in the town
