My experience at the B.S.E Police Investigation Center was an interesting one. The building is cold and clinical as are the people who work there. Obviously, this view is a bias one as I had been arrested for an alleged crime and was taken through the "booking in" process quickly and efficiently. This turned out to be pretty much the only personal contact I had throughout my stay until I was booked out and released.
My advice to anyone in the Bury St. Edmunds area thinking of committing a crime is DON'T GET CAUGHT and if you do, admit to absolutely nothing and get a solicitor immediately.

Friendly and welcoming staff, cheap/free rooms, food isnt great, but accomodation comes with room service, bedroom/bathroom stylish minimalist feel with blue trim.. definitely recommend it to friends and family for an end to a good night out. Always smells like bacon.

Hot chocolate was delicious.
The Room service is excellent.
Friendly staff.
Speedy check in.
Only two points..
Check out procedures can be Abit slow.
Some of the other guests can be Abit noisy. but "shut up" promptly when told.
But over all great way to take a break from technology and enjoy some quiet personal space with the safety of cameras and armed guards.

Staff when in the space cadet uniform seemed dosy and not so switched on. One was okay others seemed to want to fight mentally ill clients. Beds are a bit ruff but great for a step workout. Food average if you're a bin rat. I had the full 24hrs experience, could get away with the same thoughts after just 4hrs though. Great that you can throw tikka and hot chocolate over the walls and ceiling and sh*t on the floor without caring but otherwise not the most exciting place to be. Does help you realise the arrogance of the ladies and gents in blue. Wouldn't pay outright but will teach my kids to hate on them as much as I do so the divide of citizens and them the law makers. Time wasters, arrogance, seemingly lack of common sense. Be back again soon I assume. Waiting on the full jail experience to link up with some new friends. Assumed to be a criminal so might as well do that for a living Less tax to pay and where you have free food Im there. If you haven't used the taxes paid in life I do suggest you at least give it a little trial.

My visit to the investigation unit was OK but I do think that it would have been a better if it have been better if it was just a shorter one. I will still give it full score.
