Trinity Road Police Station - Avon and Somerset Police

Reported my Peruvian fighting toad as missing, and was told as it was not an emergency, assistance could not be provided. I later found Bert in the weatherspoons causing mayhem. Could have easily been avoided

Helpful and friendly service when I was burgled - the police officer based at Trinity Road came almost immediately, and gave me advice which I followed up. Wish they were open earlier though - 10.00 is a bit late

I'm not very impressed with the service a bit police station I made a phone call to the police and they said someone will come out from here but they're taking a very long time somebody trying to break into my flat it what I am a disabled adult the people I just not very helpful at all I was arrested once for false allegation that my legal team said that wasn't true I looked on my CRB then nothing on there the treatment and a Restorations is way too much on my CRB there's nothing on there they are very violent and they're not very helpful and they're very horrible towards disability

Wrongful arrest, but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of some of the officers. Also, heated floors and room service was a nice touch oi the cells. Improve the quality of food for one extra star and only arrest people if you have actual evidence of a crime commited for one more.

The lady at the front counter was fairly polite, however was under the impression that I was unable to take photos in a public area, and PC2501, however, his epaulette, says 2085. told me to shush, which was rather impolite. However, an interesting station, surely one that could do with a slight bit of investment, but glad to see it still has a front counter, as many have closed.

Front desk staff seem more than a little camera shy and are easily intimidated by members of the public asking questions.Constable on duty displayed an arrogance borne out of long years of bullying others. All in all not a very nice place

The worst public service I have ever dealt with. Absolutely failing service, don't even deserve a 1 star. Had ebike stolen and then found. They filed the case without even bothering to check the evidence I presented. Utter stupidity, don't seem to understand any basics. A 12 year old would do a better investigation than these hopeless careless people.
