Fortunately I have never needed to venture into the building. However, the problems caused for local residents trying to legally park their vehicles are massive.

Before the Police moved in parking was not an issue. However, due to the amount of staff at the place & their unwillingness to park occasionally in streets slightly further away, parking is nigh on impossible. Senior management at the station have been made aware of the issue & resident's feelings, but have blatantly stonewalled the community & refuse to take any action to resolve the issue.

I have given up hope of ever parking in my street again, and with a new Library & Sports Centre being built in my street at least I have the comfort of knowing that Police staff will also suffer trying to park..........which will eventually push the parking issues further afield.

I have my passport on this police station. I wanted to collect so I made a call if there is any specific time to come. I was told no that I can come anytime. I live one and half hour away so I made my journey in big rain and in big pain as I have serious health condition and it's not easy for me to travel so far. I came to police station at 5pm and I was told that people dealing with this matter having office hours between 8-4pm. Now on my way home because of idiotic police department in Plumstead

All the officers were absolutely fantastic: courteous, open, reassuring and kind. They looked after my son extremely well, called to tell me where he was because I was worried, kept in touch with me, and treated him with the utmost humanity.

Went plumstead police station today at 13.30 thought I was invisible standing there 40 minutes while I watched this guy drinking tea and then finally he came over and I wanted to report my car stolen from my driveway, told me it’s not stolen it’s just missing lol I spent 15 minutes trying to work out what I got wrong and in the end I left very angry, all I wanted to do was the right thing and not be responsible if the car runs someone over, in the end I reported it online turns out it is stolen 😡 what’s mr personally s Job,, ?? Apart from being in training for England as a Dougnut eater the useless t..sser.

An Uber driver found my son’s IPhone and handled to the Plumstead Police station (lost &found). We have tried to collect the phone on multiple occasions, starting from 13 June 2022.

I have the proof of attempts/ photo of the ‘lost and found’ submission slip with depositor’s signature. We asked at the police station to record that in total we have made 4! attempts to collect the phone, but the ‘lost&found’ room was either closed or staff unavailable. When we came back from holiday and tried to collect the phone today (5th attempt) they advised WE have missed the deadline and the phone is now ‘destroyed’!

It was a new iPhone 11- my son’s birthday present full of family pictures!!

The most disgraceful station ever. I am in a car accident with 2 kids toddlers and injured. The driver who jit me had no car insurance and was drunk. I called the police and they never came or even called an ambulance.
