I have been coming here for my window cleaning equipment for a few years now its very convenient as its only a few miles from where i live ,these guys have looked after me and sorted me out with all sorts of queries and dilemma's and will go out of your way whatever it takes to put the job right! ,the staff are all friendly and are more of like a family and friend instead of just someone who works there ,the equipment x line sell is great quality and long lasting.
The company has expanded a lot from when i first starting using their facilities which is a good thing! ,i would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

X-line is a top window cleaning supplier for a reason. I’m from the US and had payment issues and some questions for them. Despite the time difference they were incredibly helpful and had amazingly quick response time.

I am beyond excited to use the integrated rinse bar after using a few “over the top” rinse bars. Great brushes and great service.

I am a window cleaner from Nottingham and I've used XLine for all my cleaning equipment, my 500ltr auto flush and fill tank, my poles, brushes, hose and reel. As well as that all my accessories, clothes and inside cleaning equipment. They have been excellent with me personally and the customer service really good.
James and all the guys down there are very knowledgeable and really are the best around. Would 100% recommend.

Premium pole hose.
Had the hose for 4 months now, so feel I can give a honest review. The hose is very strong, and will not damage easily. The problem is the memory of the hose, it curls up something terrible. Sometimes to a point where it can stop the water, or even you can't extend the pole. It maybe better on a hot water system.

Xline Systems is not a serious company! We are a professional cleaning company from Frankfurt Germany. We paid to them more than 1200 pounds in order to get a pole but we didn't get it. They said they didn't receive the money. Please be careful with this company for any business.

Purchase a surface cleaner from this company at a cost of £550. Though I was buying the best product at that price. The item never preformed as it should I sent it back. They said it was tested and worked fine. They contacted me saying that they would return it to me. I told them I did not want it back as it was not fit for purpose. Andy who I spoken to told me as they are only a small company they could not take the loss off product. He advised me to sell it on I couldn’t believe what I heard from him. I said I wanted nothing to do with it just refund me as I have consumer rights and I was within the 30 days of purchase. The next morning the item arrived at my door I couldn’t believe it. I sent it straight back at my cost. I sent them a email asking for a refund but I am still waiting for my refund and a reply. It’s now been over a month since it was returned and now the ombudsman will be involved. Please do not buy from this company I only wish I could not give them one star on here. A bunch of crooks.
