Daily Cleaning in our Sheffield Offices, Carol is our usual Lady who is fantastic, always on time and thorough in the service she provides. Office staff have always been helpful when we've had extra requirements and arranged things immediately. Would definitely recommend.

As a student accommodation provider I am always looking for first class contractors.

For the last few years I have had a good working relationship with Cinderella Services and have found them to always offer a extremely reliable and professional service in all aspects of cleaning, window cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Cinderella provide a variety of skilled services extremely efficiently from one off jobs to on going monthly contracts and i never have an hesitation in using or indeed recommending their services.

I am delighted with the standard of work Cinderella provide. They are totally professional and it seems whatever my requirements they do their utmost to accommodate us in every way

Have always found their service first class. Despite their size they are very responsive in terms of quoting and completing work.

Cinderella have the grounds maintaince contract with First Port for the Elm Tree Park development in Beverley. They are contracted to cut grass and weed borders twice per month. For the past 2 months they have only attended once per month. The length of the grass is ridiculous when only cutting it once per month during summer. When they do attend they do a rushed poor quality job. Weeds left unpulled and long grass cuttings left on the grassed areas. An unreliable and poor quality service. I would not recommend this company. Hopefully the maintenance contract will be awarded to a different company in future.

Absolutely rubbish. I've worked as a cleaner for 7 years. I was recently hired on by an agency to do work for this company in Leicester, cleaning student accommodation. They arrived half an hour late, told us it would be a quick wipe down of rooms, that we'd have designated areas to clean and that our personal belongings would be in a secure location. The reality was VERY different. The accom needed deep cleaning, top to bottom; they ran out of materials by Tuesday (we started on Monday); our personal belongings were left in a small, easily accessible room which was targeted by a thief twice. We were told it would be 730am start. On the Monday we didn't start until 1030am. On tuesday, 8am. They then put us under pressure to move fast, kept taking people off one project and putting them onto another so nothing was completed in a timely or adequate manner. On Monday we were given an hours lunch break, on Tuesday we were chewed out for taking an hour and told in no polite way it was meant to be half an hour. We didn't get a 15 min afternoon break on Tues, regardless of deep cleaning from 1330 until 1730. On Monday we were told the shifts would actually be 8am to 5pm. Another contradiction. They had to go over a block because they didn't know what had been done and what hadn't and found half of it had been missed. We, the cleaners, got it in the neck for this. This company couldnt organise a drinking party in a brewery. "A quick wipe down" my rear end. The difference between a "quick wipe down" and deep cleaning is very significant. Oh and they kept all the cleaning equipment in one block instead of putting what was needed in the blocks being cleaned, so those doing the cleaning had to traipse back and forth if they needed something. Where are the supervisors in all this time? Sat on their ends outside, smoking, eating and chatting away. They told us to use clothes that had been used for cleaning toilets to now clean bedrooms when they ran out, going against COSSH that they apparently adhere to. I had a bit of a disagreement with the supervisor about this and was sacked. Stick with a professional company. They probably won't be seen in Leicester for quite some time after this folly. Worst experience as a cleaner. Period.

Awful experience being employed by this company. Was told repeatedly that I'd get as many shadow shifts as I needed, full training and my supervisor was just a message away. Started on a Friday afternoon, in the office to sign paperwork and go through a health and safety video, then straight to my shift. Met my supervisor, another cleaner and the manager of the building. Had to sign more paperwork and then had a quick walk round of the building. Supervisor and the other cleaner couldn't get off quick enough, handed me a bunch of keys and an alarm code on a scrap of paper "you'll figure it out." Totally unprofessional, they didn't know what I was comfortable with or what my knowledge was. Left to clean and lock up a big office block by myself on my first shift. Requested more cleaning supplies and got ignored for a week, then had to wait 3 weeks before getting anything, by this point I'd completely run out. Despite being employed, you're expected to take all the cleaning cloths home and wash them yourself. Never received a uniform. Contract came through the week I handed my notice in. Received an email saying they'd arrange collection of the office keys but that was the last of it. Didn't receive my last pay, so I emailed and then it was "well when you drop the keys off, you'll be paid" still waiting for that pay over a month later and still having my emails and messages ignored. I had holidays booked before starting with them, made them aware of this but there were some issues, came back twice to the cleaning room being an absolute dumping ground, not sure what kind of cleaner would do that but it was the final straw for me. Think they need to check some of those core values they preach about and certainly look at who they've employed to supervise. I can see now why it took them so long to fill the vacancy and why they had to increase the pay. I've had to seek legal advice because of the payment issues and I'm sure it'll be delayed even further with no explanation.
